Request for Qualifications

he City of Ozark, Missouri (“City”), is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified consultants or firms with expertise in providing information technology (“IT”) support services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing IT support services to optimize the City of Ozark’s computer network, which includes, but is not limited to, hardware, software, service management, connectivity, licensing, and personnel on-site as needed; said services provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Proposals will be submitted to City of Ozark, 205 N 1 ^st Street, at City Hall in Ozark Missouri, marked “IT RFQ” until 3:00 PM local time on Friday, January 9, 2026. Proposals may be submittal by mail, common carrier, or delivered in person. Faxed or email proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must be received prior to the date and time specified.
