The purpose of this Request For Proposals is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to develop and provide comprehensive IT technology policy documentation that consists of staff Security and AI Usage Policy, Vulnerability Management and Remediation, a tailored Incident Response Plan, and develop a tabletop exercise for the City of Gaithersburg.

The completed documentation should be delivered to the City no later than December 31, 2026.
