Description
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit qualified IT consulting services to assess and strengthen the College’s technology governance, infrastructure, and systems alignment. The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive review of the current technology environment, identify findings and areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational structure, operational efficiency, data integrity, security compliance, and user experience.
