The purpose of this contract is to provide a comprehensive commercial solution for the receipt, organization, and management of aggregate material at the designated U.S. Government (USG)-owned stockyard located at the Ie Shima Training Facility (ISTF) site in Okinawa, Japan. The contractor will be responsible for receiving up to 52,000 cubic yards of aggregate material and ensuring its effective organization within the stockyard area. The contractor will also implement dust mitigation strategies, adhere to safety standards, and ensure operational efficiency while working in close coordination with USG personnel. This contract is critical to the timely and successful completion of various construction projects, including the repair and maintenance of the ISTF expeditionary flight line.
