Bid Description:
South Hero Land Trust is seeking a qualified contractor to assist with the construction of a new trail at Islandacres Farm in South Hero, VT. The Islandacres Trail is a proposed public-access route across three separate parcels, each with their own separate landowner, in South Hero. The trail would be approximately 1 mile long, one way, connecting from South Street to Tracy Rd. We are specifically seeking bids for the first ~.5 miles of the trail from South St, which will be an accessible, crushed stone-surface trail, built to ADA standards
