Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Avocette Technologies Inc.

Amendment 10 to ISD’s Application Maintenance and Management Services (AMMS) Contract. The Amendment is to increase the contract cap by $2,743,890.00 and encompass 4 Statements of Work (SOW) developed to ensure the work is completed within the necessary timeframe. Reducing the scope of these initiatives could lead to delays in Ministry projects and government priorities, highlighted below: 1. Application Modernization Project Advisory Services (AMP) 2. RAP Mainframe Application Migration 3. SDPR Product Team Enhancements 4. CTO Mainframe Enhancements Avocette is the sole supplier that can complete the work required for these advisory SOWs and provide support within the remaining AMMS Contract term. Amendment 10 covers work from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, taking us to the end of the AMMS contract.
