ISD-341872-DH - Renovations of Fermilab’s Dorm 4 in “The Village”

Dorm 4 in the Village needs updating, below are the proposed upgrades.

- Replace the existing decrepit drop ceiling with a drywall ceiling matching the rest of the dorm.

- New Attic Hatches to be installed in the main hallways where the old rusty existing ones are.

- New LED Fixtures to be installed throughout the dorm.

- New (Fermilab supplied) Carpet Tiles will replace throughout where the old existing carpet is located.

- Vinyl Plank Flooring to be installed at the Front Door Entrance, Kitchen, Dining Room, and Bathrooms.

- Interior Walls, Ceilings and Kitchen Cabinets will be painted. (Walls to be Light French Grey, Ceiling to

be White and Cabinets to get painted a Darker Grey).

- Bathrooms to have FRP installed on ceiling and walls to mitigate excess moisture.

- Bathrooms to receive new Toilets, Vanities, Mirrors, Tub/Shower Enclosure, Faucets and LED Fan/Light

Combo.

- Kitchen to receive new Laminate Countertops, new Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink and new double

handle Faucet with side sprayer.

- Exterior Lighting to be updated to LED Fixtures throughout.

- New Exterior Doors to be installed WITHOUT storm doors at the entrance/exit locations. (3) in total.
