BID CALL:

The Town of Normal Public Works Department will receive sealed bids for the following:

IRONWOOD PUMP STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Ironwood Pump

Station Rehabilitation Project " with the time and date of the opening, which will be October 23,

2025, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois

61761. Bids will be opened in the City Hall Room 409 (4 th Floor). Work includes, but is not limited

to, the rehabilitation of the existing Ironwood Pump Station along with associated items.

Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed in a pre-bid meeting on October 7, 2025, at 10:00

am. per project documents. Participation in the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not

mandatory. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid

opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and

subcontractors on this job. Bid forms, specifications and plan drawings may be obtained from the

Issuing Office, Town of Normal, at their website: http://il-normal.civicplus.com/bids.aspx The Town of

Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the

bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be

final.
