The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate
(ITN) JEA IRO Recycling, Solid Waste Hauling and Disposal Services (this
"Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide solid
waste hauling, and disposal services for the sites identified in Appendix C
– JEA Sites - Waste Site Locations and Pickup Schedules, as described in
this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for
JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and
workmanship.
