Description:	WSDOT is conducting a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for purchasing Iridium Satellite Phone Service. The WSDOT Office of Emergency Management has a business need to provide a resilient communication system in the event that primary land lines and cell phones are inoperable during emergency situations.
