Iredell County Department of Social Services Parking Lot Repair

Iredell County is requesting bids to provide all labor, equipment, and material for removing 660 sq ft of asphalt areas that are beyond repair. This will also include repairing sub base, and repaving areas. Approximately 1100 linear feet of large cracks will need to be cleaned and filled with asphalt. All other cracks will then be cleared of dirt and debris and then filled. Finally all asphalt areas ( approx. 116,000 sq ft) will be sealed with two coats and restriped back to the existing layout with the addition of a crosswalk at main entrance between parking lots.

The Iredell County Department of Social Services (DSS), located at 549 Eastside Drive in Statesville, is the county's primary agency for regional public assistance and community support. The selected vendor must collaborate closely with the project lead to ensure minimal disruption for visiting citizens.
