IP PAGING SYSTEM PROPOSAL

Sealed proposals will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until?TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2025, AT 2PM for the installation of an IP paging system that fully integrates with the District’s 3CX telephone system. Proposals will be opened publicly at that time.

Specifications and requirements for this project are available below.

Installation and configuration of the IP paging system must be completed by JULY 31, 2026.

The Rolla 31 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and further reserves the right to waive any formalities or technicalities in the proposals. All proposals shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal due date, and all costs associated with proposal preparation are the sole responsibility of the vendor. The selected vendor will be required to comply with all district policies, including background checks for any on-site personnel.

Criteria for consideration will include bid requirements, prior successful experience with the district, quality of service, Missouri experience, and cost.

Proposals may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed. If emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from William Lewis to assure receipt. Please mark your proposals “IP PAGING SYSTEM PROPOSAL” and send to:
