This RFP establishes firm pricing for the Iowa Association of School Librarians 2026-2027 Book Award Sets for Iowa Members to purchase. Any TSB interested in this bid opportunity must email the Issuing Officer, tmarshall@iowaaea.org to receive the bid documents before the release in Public Purchase on September 25, 2025. On 9/29/25, the documents must be accessed and all responses must be submitted via Public Purchase. Vendors do not have to pay to respond to bid opportunities.
