Respondents are required to submit two (2) copies and one (1) USB drive in a pdf format of the sealed bid by no later than: 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 15, 2026
SCOPE OF SERVICES
PAVING IN PLACE HOT MIX ASPHALT (HMA)
This work shall consist of the delivery, placement and compaction of a uniformed texture, non-segregated, smooth bituminous concrete pavement. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, traffic control and other incidentals to provide paving, tack and handwork services on various roads in the Town of Newtown.
