A mandatory meeting will take place on Friday, March 27th, 2026@ 9AM at the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT 06470
Respondents are required to submit two (2) copies of a sealed bid and one (1) USB drive in pdf format by no later than 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 at the Newtown Public Schools at the office of the PURCHASING DIRECTOR at Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT 06470, and clearly marked “Newtown Public Schools Annual HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services 2026-08” Bids received after that date and time will be rejected.
