Invitation to Upcoming Innovation Showcase

As part of the Governors Executive Order N-30-25, the Governors Office and Office of Data and Innovation, in partnership with the California Breakthrough Project and the Governors Innovation Fellows, is inviting interested solution creators to submit an Intent to Showcase to be a presenter at the Innovation Showcase. The Intent to Showcase should be no more than two (2) pages and should identify the challenge(s) to be met, explain your qualifications, and provide a detailed overview of your proposed solution.

The most qualified solution creators who best address the Challenge Statement(s) will be selected and invited to present at the Showcase in person on November 4, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Sacramento, California. You may choose to demo for more than one Challenge Statement. Audiovisual support will be provided.

Intents to Showcase are due no later than 5:00 p.m., on October 29, 2025, and should be sent to showcase@innovation.ca.gov. The State will assess and provide responses no later than 5:00 p.m., October 31, 2025.

State business leaders and executives from all state entities, legislative staff, and labor partners will be invited to attend this vendor showcase, view the demos, and ask questions of the solution creators. This market research will empower departments to reimagine how technology and smart applications can solve tomorrows challenges faster, smarter, and with greater impact. This is not a procurement.
