Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept lease proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. April 18, 2025, to lease up to 17,100 net usable square feet of office space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for 62 cars in Hartford, for use and occupancy by the Workers’ Compensation Commission for a term of five (5) years. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Preference will be given to proponents offering renewal options and/or termination clauses.
