Requests for clarification regarding this RFP or to schedule a site visit must be made to the City Administrator at rathp@ottumwa.us no later than midnight CST, December 1, 2025. Written answers to requests for clarification will be provided no later than 4:00 pm CST, December 3, 2025, to all parties making a request.
