Invitation to Submit Proposal - Greater Hartford Region

The State of Connecticut is requesting proposals to purchase real property for the Department of Administrative Services in the Greater Hartford Area. The Department of Administrative Services will accept proposals for site offerings from property owners or their authorized representative(s) through 3 p.m. on October 24th, 2025, to purchase an existing building or a build to suit acquisition of approximately 20,000 net usable square feet of office/industrial space, with on-site, reserved, partially paved and lighted parking for up to 500 cars in the Greater Hartford Area. This location would ideally have (15) garage bays with minimum measurements of 34’Dx16’Wx18’H and (4) garage bays with minimum measurements of 34’Dx16’Wx10’H. Only sale proposals will be accepted for review, no lease proposals will be considered. Offers from option holders will not be considered.
