Invitation to Submit Proposal - Greater Hartford Region

The State of Connecticut is requesting proposals to purchase real property for the Department of Motor Vehicles in the Greater Hartford Area. The Department of Administrative Services will accept proposals for site offerings from property owners or their authorized representative(s) through 3 p.m. on¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬ October 24th, 2025, to offer for sale up to 100,000 net usable square feet of office space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for up to 500 plus in the Greater Hartford Area, for use and occupancy by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Preference will be given to proponents offering access to EV charging station(s), renewal option, and/or termination clauses. Only sale proposals will be accepted for review, no lease proposals will be considered. Offers from option holders will not be considered.
