Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept purchase proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. September 1, 2025, to purchase up to 100,000 net usable square feet of office space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for 500 plus cars in Greater Hartford Area, for use and occupancy by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Offers from option holders cannot be considered.
