The City of Brighton will receive proposals, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the City of Brighton City Hall, 200 N. First Street, Brighton, MI  48116.  Proposals will be accepted until 10 am on Thursday, April 9, 2026, when bids will be publicly opened and recorded.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive minor technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any proposal.

SUBMITTALS MUST BE ENCLOSED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED:

The City of Brighton officially distributes bid documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN).
