General:
This addendum will form a part of the RFI and modifies the original Invitation to Bid document.
The following changes take precedence over items in the RFI. Any portion of the RFI not
changed by this Addendum remains in effect. Recipients of the Addendum are advised to provide
this Addendum to anyone to whom they further distribute without the BAA’s knowledge.
Participants in this Invitation to Bid are required to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in
their proposal. Failure to do so may subject Proposer for disqualification.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CLARIFICATIONS/DESCRIBED BELOW:

E. RFI clarifications, questions, and answers below:
1. Deadline for all RFIs shall be Friday, June 20th, 2025, at 12:00PM noon.
2. Questions: I cannot find a division 10 specification section. Can you please provide
this?
Answer: Yes, please see attached.
3. Question: There are some accessories called out on A0.1 that are not included on the
legend. TA25, TA21, and TA80.
Answer: Delete TA25 and replace with TA24, delete TA21 and replace with TA20,
delete TA80 and replace with TA81.
4. Question: Is there a specification for the mirrors?
Answer: Provide ¼” laminated safety glass mirror with factory sealed edges and factory
applied anti-graffiti coating.
5. Question: Where will construction personnel be able to park?
Answer: Contractors will be allowed to park at the employee parking lot located off
Tower View Drive.
6. Question: Will demolition debris be able to be hauled through the airport at any time or
will there be certain hours that this is allowed?
Answer: Demolition debris shall only be allowed through the terminal concourse(s)
during the hours of 10pm to 4am.
7. Question: Where will we be allowed to stage a construction dumpster?
Answer: Construction dumpsters shall be allowed at the airport loading dock area,
located at the end of Airline Drive, along the eastern most fence line. Dumpsters shall be
properly maintained and not overflowing.
8. Question: It was mentioned at the pre-bid meeting that any concrete coring would need
to be completed after normal business hours. Are there any other activities that should be
planned for after normal business hours?
Answer: Yes, concrete coring shall only be conducted during the hours of 10pm to 4am.
Other “after hour” (10pm to 4am) activities shall include, but not be limited to:
• Demolition debris hauling through the public areas of the terminal
• Activities creating excessive dust or loud noises
• Utility shut offs (water, sewer, gas, electric, HVAC, etc.)
9. Question: It was mentioned that the NTP will be shortly after the contract is
signed. Will there be any time allowed for procurement / submittals between getting an
executed contract and an NTP? The concern is that the only work that can happen prior to
having approved submittals is demo, after which, we would be waiting for submittals /
materials to commence any other work.
Answer: Upon contract execution, the BAA shall negotiate a reasonable time to issue the
Notice to Proceed to the contractor. Consideration shall be taken for contractor
procurement and submittal needs.
Additionally, the contract documents note the terms shall be in calendar days, not
working days.
10. Question: There is not any soap dispensers called out on the plans, please confirm there
won’t need to be any soap dispensers supplied or installed.
Answer: The specified Bradley Verge sink with All-In-One WashBar contains the soap
dispenser and hand dryer. Bradley Verge Lavatory System Model Numbers in the
Plumbing Fixture Schedule change from LVLD prefix to LVQD prefix.
11. Question: Please confirm that any phasing plan for the work should assume that only one
bank of restrooms at a time can be out of service.
Answer: Yes, only one bank of restrooms shall be closed at any given time. However,
the BAA shall consider contractor’s phasing plan, if different, prior to project
commencing.
12. Question: The specs note that tax is to be included in our pricing; however, past projects
at the airport have been tax exempt. Please confirm that bids are to include taxes.
Answer: Yes. Taxes shall be included in this project and bids shall include all such taxes.
13. Question: How many rolls of replacement turf should be provided for the SARA room?
There are conflicting lines in the spec section, one calls for 4 rolls of attic stock, and one
calls for 2 rolls of attic stock.
Answer: Provide four (4) rolls of replacement turf sized for the space. Rolls are to be
wrapped in protective packaging suitable for long term storage.
