INVITATION TO BID

The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for a 2024 Track Steer Skid.

Please see attached complete bid specifications or they may be obtained at the Seward County Clerk’s office in the Administration building 515 N. Washington Ave, STE. 100 in Liberal Kansas, or at the Seward County Road & Bridge Dept. 11920 Road 7, Liberal, Ks. Bids will be with the trade-in of a Vermeer V-4150, with 12,357hrs, VIN#1VRF08209R1000642. Any questions regarding the specifications on skid steer or the Vermeer shall be addressed to Bob Wright at (620) 482-6914 or Frank Hernandez 620-482-6684.

Sealed bids will be received at the County Clerk’s Office in the Administration building 515 N. Washington Ste. 100, Liberal, Kansas, 67901, until 2:00pm Tuesday May 14, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The envelope should be plainly marked “2024 Track Steer Skid”. Bids will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at their scheduled meeting on Monday May 20, 2024.

The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any or all irregularities therein.

Successful bidder shall supply complete specifications/brochures for the proposed Track Skid Steer with return bid. Adequate vendor information shall be included with each bid for determination of meeting specifications.
