ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Bids for the “Restlawn Cemetery Kiosk Building” in Liberal, KS. will be accepted by the Owner’s Representative Stacia Long, County Clerk of Seward County
Contractors shall submit Bid Proposals by 2:00 PM Local Time, October 31, 2024, at the Seward County Clerk’s Office, 515 N. Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, Kansas 67901.
Bid Proposals will be opened publicly at the above stated time. The envelope should be plainly marked “Cemetery Kiosk”. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, or other security in the amount of 5% (five per cent) of the bid. Bids received after the scheduled time will be returned unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Solicitations from qualified minority and women owned businesses, firms and individuals are encouraged by Seward County. This encouragement does not infer preference, and all solicitations will be evaluated equally. All purchases shall give preference to Seward County merchants when applicable. Award shall be made to the best bidder within Seward County when the amount is not more than five percent (5%) higher than the best out-of-county bid.
