INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders to furnish and deliver one(1)PUMPER TRUCK. Sealed bids will be received at the Kent County Regional Resource Recovery Facility, 139 Milford Neck Road, Milford, DE 19963, until 3:00 P.M on August 28, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: “PUMPER TRUCK Purchase, Sealed Bid Enclosed”.
Interested Bidders may obtain Bid Documents by contacting Colby Harrington at (302) 335-6000, at www.kentcountyde.gov , or by email at publicworks@kentcountyde.gov . Kent County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
Kent County Levy Court may extend the time and place for opening of bids from that described in the advertisement, on not less than 2 calendar days’ notice.
