Invitation to Bid: Public Works Shops Building Foundation Wall Repair_Updated


Work of this Construction Contract comprises the excavation and repair of the exterior perimeter foundation wall of a 50' x 90' CMU building by installing a new 4" thick reinforced concrete wall with a total approximate height of six feet from the top of footings, grouting of the existing CMU wall within the rebar anchor blocks or damaged block,  the installation of approximately 675 square feet of reinforced concrete apron, bollards, and related appurtenances.
