Invitation to Bid
The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for Property & Casualty Insurance Coverage.
Specifications are available at the Seward County Clerk’s Office, 515 N. Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, KS 67901 or on our web-site at
www.sewardcountyks.org
.
Any questions regarding the specifications shall be addressed to Hillary Franco, Seward County Administration, Executive Assistant, at 620-626-3212.
Sealed bids will be received at the County Clerk’s Office located in the Seward County Administration Building, 515 N. Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, Kansas 67901, until 2:00 p.m. on November 19, 2025 and then publicly opened and read. The envelope should be plainly marked “Property & Casualty Insurance Coverage”. Bids will be presented to the Board of Seward County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025.
The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any or all irregularities therein.
