The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Package 4 is associated with the new Press Club, Writing Press, Upper Press, Scoreboard, and Club level Renovation projects that will be scheduled to begin mid-year 2025 (July 2025) as well as the off-season in late 2025 (October/November 2025) to be delivered prior to 2026 season (March 2026). Gilbane Building Company, along with Warren Builds, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the bid packages listed below:

02A Demolition (Includes required Shoring)
09G Carpet / Resilient (LVT) / Rubber Base/ Entrance Floor Mats and Frames
06B General Trades: (DFH Install/Blocking/Specialties Installation/ Expansion Joints)
10A Specialties: (Visual Display Units, Wall Protection, Defibrillator Cabs, Automated External Defibrillators, FP Cabs, Fire Extinguishers, etc.)
