Invitation to Bid - McGee Street Bridge Rehab

The City of Sherman, Texas, is accepting sealed proposals for the McGee Street Bridge Rehab project in the City of Sherman, Texas, hereinafter called “City” or “Owner,” in accordance with specifications and Contract Documents prepared by the City of Sherman. Sealed proposals must be received at the office of City Engineering, located in the Community Services Building, 317 S. Travis Street, Sherman, Texas no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025. Proposals received on or before this deadline will be opened and read aloud. Any proposals received after the deadline will be rejected as non-responsive.

This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for the McGee Street Bridge Rehab project at the Post Oak Creek crossing, including bridge structure rehab, bank and stream stabilization, grading, paving, storm drain. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications.
