Invitation To Bid: Main Street Lighting

Project Background

Petersburg Municipal Power & Light (PMPL) is seeking material supply bids for the purchase of decorative streetlight assemblies. The project will involve the procurement of fifteen (15) single-arm streetlight assemblies, including poles, arms, luminaires and accessories, and an additional two (2) luminaries as spares. PMPL reserves the right to adjust quantities based on final spacing determinations, engineering design, and budgetary considerations, and all supplied components must be fully compatible as a complete lighting system.

Scope of Material Supply

The material supplier will be responsible for the following items upon award of this bid:

• Supply of all items in the bid schedule based upon the firm pricing and delivery dates as submitted. Suppliers shall deliver all items in accordance with the material specifications included in this bid package. Any deviations from the bid specifications may be submitted; however, all such deviations must be clearly identified, described, and justified within the bid submittal.
