The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package# 17 is for renovation work (Upper Concourse Extensions) at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:

  • 07Z Exterior Metal Panels
  • 08Z Glass Curtain Wall
  • 09V Resinous/Epoxy Flooring
  • 09W Ceramic Tile
  • 09X VCT & Carpeting
  • 09Y Paint/Exterior Coatings
  • 09Z Drywall/Ceilings
  • 21Z Sprinkler
  • 23Z HVAC/Plumbing
  • 26Z Electrical/Lighting/Fire Alarm
  • 27Z Telecom/AV/Security

Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled as follows: March 12, 2025, at 2pm

Parking/Entrance Instructions are as follows:
1. Park in Parking Lot O
2. Enter Stadium through the Southeast Entrance and go through Security.
3. This is an active work site; therefore, ALL Attendees MUST wear PPE. This includes hard hats, boots, vests, gloves, and protective eye wear.
4. Gilbane will meet all bidders on the Main Concourse level next to the entrance, just past security.


All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through Procore Bidding.
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.


Bids are due on March 28, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted.
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by March 14, 2025, by no later than 4:00pm.
