Morrow County is requesting sealed bids from qualified equipment vendors for the
purchase of one (1) new 360-degree rotating tracked carrier. The equipment will support
trail maintenance and park operations within Morrow County. MST-40CR is primarily
used for transporting and placing materials in difficult terrain conditions.
The County intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
meeting the specifications outlined in this solicitation.

5. AWARD METHOD
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid
meets the requirements and specifications of this ITB.
The County reserves the right to:

The County seeks to purchase one new tracked carrier meeting or exceeding the
following specifications. The specification references the Morooka MST-40CR as the
baseline standard for performance and operational compatibility. Equipment that meets

8. WARRANTY
