Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking bids from experienced and qualified bidders for roof replacement at Mattawoman Middle School. Pre-Qualified Bidders must secure proposed contract documents, including construction plans and specifications in digital format, from the Charles County Public Schools Planning and Construction Department, at a cost of $150.00.  Bid Documents will be available on February 17, 2026.  Ms. Susan Pond will contact Pre-Qualified Bidders with payment options once they have been approved as Contractors.

Proposed Bidders who seek to be pre-qualified shall complete the Contractor’s Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and submit for approval to bid on this project. Prospective bidders must assemble at Indian Head Elementary School, 4200 Indian Head Hwy, Indian Head, Maryland on March 5, 2025, at 2:30 PM for a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference. It is MANDATORY that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.
