This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in a single award for Oracle NetSuite software and services. This need requires Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Optimize service, ERP and SuiteSuccess services, and Planning and Budgeting services for the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Statewide Aviation (SWA), Remote Sensing Lab (RSL).

Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM prevailing Alaska Standard Time on September 5, 2025.

Electronic bid submission is acceptable, but faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
