Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed bids from experience and qualified bidders to provide Elevator Inspections, Repairs, & Maintenance on an "as needed basis" from Time and Materials Task Orders.  These services will be utilized for renovations, additions, demolitions, fire damage, portable classrooms repairs, and/or to provide other modifications as required by CCPS.

The resulting contract shall be valid for one (1) year with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
