Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking bids from experienced and qualified bidders to provide selective interior demolition and extensive renovation within the existing open areas to accommodate program space relationships.  Project will be in an occupied building requiring extended hours and phased work over three summers.

Pre-Qualified Bidders must secure proposed contract documents, including construction plans and specifications in digital format, from the Charles County Public Schools Planning and Construction Department, at a cost of $150.00.  Bid Documents will be available on February 17, 2026.  Ms. Susan Pond will contact Pre-Qualified Bidders with payment options once they have been approved as Contractors.

Proposed Bidders who seek to be pre-qualified shall complete the Contractor’s Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and submit for approval to bid on this project. Prospective bidders must assemble at Dr. James Craik Elementary School, 7725 Marshall Corner Road, Pomfret, Maryland on March 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM for a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference. It is MANDATORY that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.
