Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0280 Janitorial Services in the Northern Region Office

ADDENDUM 1: Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from vendors. All other terms and conditions of the ITB shall remain the same.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Support Services Division is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services in the Northern Region Office at 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, Alaska. The workspace is approximately 20,000 square feet.  A more detailed description can be found in Scope of Work.
