Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0111 As-Needed Tree Seedling Planting Services

ADDENDUM 1: Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from vendors.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources; Division of Forestry & Fire Protection is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide as-needed tree seedling planting services on State land where existing timber has been removed by harvest, wildfire, insects, disease, etc. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of services to be provided or dollar amount to be spent under any contract resulting from this ITB. A more detailed description can be found in Scope of Work.
