Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2025-1000-0368 Business Park Wetlands Clean-up

ADDENDUM 1: Serves to answer questions from vendors.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) is soliciting bids fora qualified bidder to provide clean-up and removal of all personal property (value or not of value), refuse, human waste, hazardous waste, debris, and non-natural material from the area commonly referred to as the Business Park Wetlands on a bi-weekly basis. A more detailed description including scope of work is provided in Section 2.01 of the ITB.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum requirements:

• The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. By submitting a bid, a bidder verifies they meet the minimum requirements above.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time,Wednesday, June 04, 2025.
