Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2025-1000-0274 Center Pivot Irrigation System

ADDENDUM 1:
Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from vendors.

PURPOSE:
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Agriculture is soliciting bids for center pivot irrigation system to replace its current wheel line irrigation.

MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum requirements:

• The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.

• Irrigation system must be able to provide a total wet area of approximately 100 acres.

• Irrigation system must be easy to control and move with as little as one staff member.

• Irrigation system must include Remote monitoring software.

• System must be shipped in 40ft Conex units to the Alaska Plant Material Center and arrive not later than October 30, 2025.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected.
