Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0006 Geoscience Interpretation Software

ADDENDUM 1
Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from vendors and to make changes to the ITB. All other terms and conditions of the ITB remain the same.

PURPOSE
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas, is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide an integrated geoscience interpretation software application that the State can use to assist in interpretation and analysis of Alaska’s subsurface oil and gas resources.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum requirements:

• The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.

• Have provided integrated geological and geophysical interpretation and software to the oil and gas industry for a minimum of 10 years.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected.
