August 15, 2025: Bids will be opened publicly at the Vernon Multipurpose Center on Friday, August 15. 2025 at 3:00 P.M., CDST. Bids must be received by mail before August 15, 2025, or hand-delivered to the Vernon Multipurpose Center om August 15, 2025 at 3:00 P.M., CDST.
