Invitation to Bid Industrial Rd to Momont 1 LS improvements

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items:

• Installation of new 18-inch PVC gravity sewer main;

• Installation of new manholes;

• Reconnection to existing services;

• Removal of existing manholes;

• Surface restoration of asphalt and landscaping to pre-construction condition or better.

• Restoration of the industrial railroad track crossing

This work includes furnishing and installing equipment, materials, and related appurtenances in the following trades: piping, landscaping, paving, and other related trades. The work will be done under a single contract.
