Project: Replace Bitzer Compressor #2 [MN# CSW7573-60Y-2PU / SN # 1080701965] on Technical Systems Chiller Model # 35E2SD130.

Location: Holyoke Public Library, 250 Chestnut St., Holyoke MA 01040

Provide Proposal against the Scope Listed in this Document.

General: Vendor to provide detailed breakdown of all necessary labor and material cost for Repair.

• Labor and Materials

• Recover the remaining Refrigerant from the compressor

• Disconnection and removal of old compressor (if old compressor has return /salvage value this value should be noted in the base bid price as a deduct)

• Provide and install new OEM Bitzer Compressor

• Replace contactors and refrigerant driers

• Power and control wiring

• Leak Test and pressurized

• Provide new refrigerant as needed

• Startup and check proper operation

• All work to be done on regular hours

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid walkthrough on April 1, 2025 at 1PM at the Holyoke Public Library

Prevailing Wage Must be Paid, and a current Prevailing Wage Sheet is Attached to the full documents.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids if in the best interest of the city.
