Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for the redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility at 5201 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215.

Bid Opportunities With this current opportunity, Clark invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages:

• DIV 01 – Pest Control
• DIV 01 – Security
• DIV 01 – Construction Trailers
• DIV 02 – Structural Demolition, Abatement
• DIV 26 – Electrical (Cut/Cap Existing, Temporary Electrical Services)
• DIV 31 – Erosion & Sediment Controls, Site Demolition
• DIV 32 – Temporary Fencing
• DIV 33 – Water Utilities (Cut/Cap Existing, Temporary Utilities)

Prebid Conference and Site Walk

Prequalification Required
All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.

MBE Participation
This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward the goal.

Prevailing Wages
This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.

Bid RFIs: The submission deadline for RFIs is March 14, 2025 at 12:00PM.
Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are due at 12:00PM on March 26, 2025
