Package 2: Enabling Phase 1 includes building demolition of the existing visitor clubhouse (future new home clubhouse), and cut, cap, and make safe of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems; the interior demolition of the existing home clubhouse (future visitor’s clubhouse), and cut, cap, and make safe of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems; mechanical and electric equipment procurement package(s); temporary electric; support of excavation package; and the excavation, site demolition, and site utility package(s).

Gilbane Building Company, along with Warren Builds and Ewing Cole, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:
• 02A Demolition
• 23A Mechanical, Plumbing, Equipment and Cut, Cap, and Make Safe
• 26A Electrical Equipment, Temporary Electric, and Cut, Cap, and Make Safe
• 31A Excavation, Site Utilities, and Site Demolition
• 31B Support of Excavation (Sheeting and Shoring)
