Invitation to Bid - GMP MSA Frostburg State University, Lower Fields Phase 1 GMP

The Frostburg State University, Lower Fields Phase1 GMP project involves constructing an outdoor athletic field. The existing grass field will be turned into an outdoor synthetic turf field. The project includes earthwork, site utilities, concrete, fencing, and electrical work.

North Point Builders is the Construction Manager and invites trade contractors to bid on the following
bid package:
- 03.01 Concrete
- 11.01 Scoreboards
- 13.01 Bleacher Systems
- 26.01 Electrical
- 31.01 Site Work (Earthwork and Utilities)
- 32.01 Turf Fields
- 32.02 Fencing

· Prebid and Outreach event will be held on 11/18/2024 at Frostburg State. Room location is TBD.
