Invitation to Bid - GMP #2 MSA Harry Grove Stadium Improvements

The Whiting-Turner Construction Company is soliciting bids for the following packages relating to the Harry Grove Stadium Improvements, 21 Stadium Drive, Frederick, MD:

• Package 04A – Masonry
• Package 05B – Misc Metals
• Package 07A – Roofing
• Package 14A – Elevators
• Package 21A – Fire Protection
• Package 22A - Plumbing
• Package 23A - HVAC
• Package 26A – Electrical
• Package 27A – Audio Visual
• Package 28A - Security

The project has an overall Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal of 32% with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Women Owned Businesses. All firms must be MDOT certified.

This project is subject to Prevailing Wage. Prebid Conference - The prebid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on 2/7, at 9:00AM EST. For information concerning access to the online prebid meeting, send an email to john.pattillo@whiting-turner.com

Onsite Project Walk – There will be an onsite project walk for the trades listed in the bid packages above. Please send an email to john.pattillo@whiting-turner.com for additional information if you would like to attend. The walk is scheduled for February 12th, at 9:00AM EST.

Bid RFIs – Submission of bid RFIs will close on February 17, 2025, at 3:00PM EST.

Bid Close – Submission of bids will close on February 21, 2025, at 1:00PM EST.
