This invitation to bid/bid sheets are for your convenience in bidding for the County to purchase One (1) Belly Dump Trailer Train for Precinct One as follows:

Sealed bids shall be received no later than 3:00 pm, March 4, 2025 in the Fannin County Purchasing Agent’s Office, 101 E. Sam Rayburn Dr. Suite 313, Bonham, TX 75418.

Bids will be opened at the Fannin County Purchasing Office, 101 East Sam Rayburn, Suite 313, Bonham, Texas 75418 on March 4, 2025 at 3:15 PM. All bids received after the above mentioned date and time will be returned unopened and shall be considered void and unacceptable.

One (1) Belly Dump Trailer Train

Below Specifications are requested but not required:

 2010 or Newer

 Single Rear Axles

 Capacity: 24 Cubic Yards (approx.)

 Good Rubber

 Spring Ride Steel Wheels

 All Safety Accessories Required by Applicable Law/deflectors, chains and combination

Literature and Specifications to be included with bid to include but not limited to Brand and Model.

SUCCESSFUL BIDDER SHALL defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fannin County and all its officers, agents and employees from all suits, actions, or other claims of any character, name and description brought for or on account of any injuries or damages received or sustained by any person, persons, or property on account of any negligent act or fault of the successful bidder, or of any agent, employee, subcontractor or supplier in the execution of, or performance under, any contract which may result from bid award. Successful bidder shall pay any judgment with cost which may be obtained against Fannin County growing out of such injury or damages.

Fannin County reserves the right to accept and or reject any and all bids.
